Effective from 7 November 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG), tax ID (NIP) 8652547929 (“we”), for the Hexbane game and the hexbane.com website. By signing in to the game you accept them. Contact: support@hexbane.com.
1. The game
Hexbane is a free online duel game for Android. It is currently in a closed test on Google Play: you can play once you have been invited and have opted in to the test. It is offered in the member states of the European Union and in Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway (the European Economic Area).
2. Who can play
You must be at least 16 years old. You need an Android phone with Google Play, a Google account with a Play Games profile and an internet connection. Google's terms apply to your Google account; your mobile operator's charges for data are yours.
3. Your account
Your Hexbane account is created when you first sign in with Google Play Games, and it is yours alone. Keep your Google account secure. Don't sell, share or transfer your Hexbane account.
4. A test version
During the closed test the game can have bugs and interruptions, and its balance, features and rules can change. Progress may be reset; we will try to announce resets in the game or on hexbane.com beforehand. We don't promise that test progress carries over to a public release.
5. Free, with no purchases
The game is free to play. It has no purchases and no ads. Characters, spells, points and other game items have no money value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be sold or transferred to other players.
6. Fair play and names
- Don't use character names that are offensive, discriminatory, impersonate someone or reveal anyone's personal data; the game refuses names containing banned words.
- Don't harass other players, cheat, use bots, modified clients or exploits, or disrupt the game or its servers.
- If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage or could harm other players, report it to us instead of using it.
7. If the rules are broken
Depending on what happened, we may ask you to change a name, rename a character, limit your access or close your account. Serious abuse or a threat to security can need immediate action. We tell you the reason and how to appeal; write to support@hexbane.com and a person will review your appeal.
8. Support and complaints
Write to support@hexbane.com with the problem, your game version and your account ID (*Settings* in the game; tap it to copy). We reply to complaints within 14 days of receiving them. Never send your Google password or sign-in codes.
9. Leaving and deleting your account
You can stop playing at any time. Leaving the closed test or uninstalling the game doesn't delete your account. To delete it, use *Settings → Delete account* in the game or see Delete your account. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
10. Rights to the game
The game, its art, sound, names and software belong to us or to our licensors (see Credits & licenses). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play the game for your own, non-commercial use under these terms. Don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the game except where the law allows it.
11. Liability
We provide the game as it is during the test. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Ending the test or the game
We may end the closed test or stop running the game. We will announce it in the game or on hexbane.com in advance where we can.
13. Changes to these terms
We announce significant changes in the game or on hexbane.com before they apply and update the date at the top of this page. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop playing and delete your account.
14. Law
Polish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. Disputes are decided by the courts competent under the applicable law.

Obowiązuje od 7 listopada 2026. Ten regulamin jest umową między Tobą a operatorem Hexbane — przedsiębiorca wpisany do CEIDG, NIP 8652547929 („my”) — dotyczącą gry Hexbane i strony hexbane.com. Logując się do gry, akceptujesz go. Kontakt: support@hexbane.com.
1. Gra
Hexbane to bezpłatna gra z pojedynkami online na Androida. Obecnie trwa jej zamknięty test w Google Play: możesz grać po otrzymaniu zaproszenia i dołączeniu do testu. Gra jest dostępna w państwach Unii Europejskiej oraz w Islandii, Liechtensteinie i Norwegii (Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy).
2. Kto może grać
Musisz mieć ukończone 16 lat. Potrzebujesz telefonu z Androidem i Google Play, konta Google z profilem Play Games oraz połączenia z internetem. Do konta Google stosuje się regulamin Google; opłaty operatora za transmisję danych ponosisz Ty.
3. Twoje konto
Konto Hexbane powstaje przy pierwszym logowaniu przez Google Play Games i należy wyłącznie do Ciebie. Dbaj o bezpieczeństwo swojego konta Google. Nie sprzedawaj, nie udostępniaj i nie przekazuj konta Hexbane innym osobom.
4. Wersja testowa
W czasie zamkniętego testu w grze mogą występować błędy i przerwy, a jej balans, funkcje i zasady mogą się zmieniać. Postęp może zostać zresetowany; postaramy się zapowiedzieć reset wcześniej w grze lub na hexbane.com. Nie obiecujemy przeniesienia postępu z testu do publicznego wydania.
5. Bezpłatnie, bez zakupów
Gra jest bezpłatna. Nie ma w niej zakupów ani reklam. Postacie, zaklęcia, punkty i inne elementy gry nie mają wartości pieniężnej, nie można ich wymienić na pieniądze ani sprzedać lub przekazać innym graczom.
6. Uczciwa gra i nazwy
- Nie używaj nazw postaci obraźliwych, dyskryminujących, podszywających się pod innych lub ujawniających czyjeś dane osobowe; gra odrzuca nazwy zawierające zakazane słowa.
- Nie nękaj innych graczy, nie oszukuj, nie używaj botów, zmodyfikowanych klientów ani exploitów i nie zakłócaj działania gry ani serwerów.
- Jeśli znajdziesz błąd dający nieuczciwą przewagę lub mogący zaszkodzić innym graczom, zgłoś go nam zamiast z niego korzystać.
7. Gdy zasady zostaną naruszone
W zależności od sytuacji możemy poprosić o zmianę nazwy, zmienić nazwę postaci, ograniczyć dostęp lub zamknąć konto. Poważne nadużycie lub zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa może wymagać natychmiastowego działania. Podamy przyczynę i sposób odwołania; napisz na support@hexbane.com, a odwołanie rozpatrzy człowiek.
8. Pomoc i reklamacje
Napisz na support@hexbane.com, podając problem, wersję gry i identyfikator konta (*Settings* w grze; dotknij, aby skopiować). Na reklamacje odpowiadamy w ciągu 14 dni od ich otrzymania. Nigdy nie wysyłaj hasła Google ani kodów logowania.
9. Rezygnacja i usunięcie konta
Możesz przestać grać w każdej chwili. Wyjście z zamkniętego testu lub odinstalowanie gry nie usuwa konta. Aby je usunąć, wybierz w grze *Settings → Delete account* albo zobacz Usuń konto. Usunięcie jest trwałe i nie da się go cofnąć.
10. Prawa do gry
Gra, jej grafika, dźwięk, nazwy i oprogramowanie należą do nas lub naszych licencjodawców (zob. Credits & licenses). Udzielamy Ci osobistego, niewyłącznego i nieprzenoszalnego prawa do zainstalowania gry i grania w nią na własny, niekomercyjny użytek zgodnie z tym regulaminem. Nie kopiuj, nie modyfikuj, nie odsprzedawaj ani nie dekompiluj gry, chyba że pozwala na to prawo.
11. Odpowiedzialność
W czasie testu udostępniamy grę w takim stanie, w jakim jest. Nic w tym regulaminie nie wyłącza ani nie ogranicza odpowiedzialności, której prawo nie pozwala wyłączyć, ani Twoich bezwzględnie obowiązujących praw konsumenta.
12. Zakończenie testu lub gry
Możemy zakończyć zamknięty test lub przestać prowadzić grę. Jeśli to możliwe, zapowiemy to wcześniej w grze lub na hexbane.com.
13. Zmiany regulaminu
O istotnych zmianach informujemy w grze lub na hexbane.com, zanim zaczną obowiązywać, i aktualizujemy datę na górze tej strony. Jeśli nie zgadzasz się ze zmianą, możesz przestać grać i usunąć konto.
14. Prawo
Do regulaminu stosuje się prawo polskie. Jeśli jesteś konsumentem, zachowujesz też ochronę, jaką dają Ci bezwzględnie obowiązujące przepisy kraju, w którym mieszkasz. Spory rozstrzygają sądy właściwe według obowiązujących przepisów.
